These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nouloo app, services, features, and content provided by Innocent Abdullahi (operating Nouloo) (“we”, “us”). By using our app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Nouloo is a platform designed to help immigrants connect, share experiences, and build community. To use the app, you must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract in your country of residence.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the platform in accordance with local laws and our guidelines.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. Please keep your sign-in details private and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Some information may be retained where we are required to keep it, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Nouloo is a community, and we have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. When using the app, you must not post, share, or send content that is: illegal; sexual content involving minors (which we report to the appropriate authorities); hateful, harassing, bullying, or threatening; violent or that incites violence; a serious invasion of someone’s privacy; spam, scams, or deliberately misleading; or that infringes someone else’s rights.
You must not use the app to impersonate others, to harm or exploit vulnerable people, or to circumvent our safety measures. We may remove content and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of the content you create and share on Nouloo. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the app to you and other users. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must retain a copy to comply with the law or for safety reasons.
You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it. Do not post content that belongs to someone else without their permission.
You can report content or accounts that break these Terms, and you can block other users, directly in the app. Reports are reviewed, and we act on them, which may include removing content, issuing a warning, restricting features, or suspending or terminating the account responsible.
We may also use automated tools and human review to detect harmful content. We aim to act quickly on serious safety issues, and we may notify the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your account poses a risk to others, or where we are required to by law. Where appropriate and lawful, we will let you know the reason.
You may stop using Nouloo and delete your account at any time.
All content and features on Nouloo are provided “as is.” We work hard to keep the platform safe, reliable, and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may update or remove features over time as we improve the app, and we may update these Terms; where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. By using Nouloo you also agree to the practices described there.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless local law that applies to you provides otherwise.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us through Help & Support in the app, or at [email protected].
